It was learned from Chenzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission that Chenzhou city took active actions on joint cooperation with central and Hunan provincial level enterprises. Due to the sound development, Chenzhou city stayed in first phalanx of Hunan province for this cooperation. More than 29 central enterprises as China Resources, China Minmetals, China National Building Material Company, Sinochem Group, and etc. were settled down in Chenzhou city, covering 1/3 of the supervised companies of SASAC of the State Council.

According to the data issued by joint cooperation office of central enterprises, 74 projects with over 158.45billion yuan investment have been signed till the end of this June, including 18.873billion yuan paid-in capitals. 4.19billion were paid in the first of year. 8 projects have been finished and placed to operation, 35 projects were started the construction work and 14 projects were under the preparation processes.

In order to promote the projects, uninterrupted scheduling work was handled out by the joint cooperation office of central enterprises. Better services on approval of projects, land supply, construction condition, and etc. were provided by the office to ensure all the projects to be started sooner. 8 projects of central enterprises as Chenzhou fluorine chemical project of China Minmetals, new dry process cement and integration development of China National Building Material Company, first wind power project for comprehensive development of Yangtianhu of China Huadian Group, Linwu Lanqiao wind power project of New Energy of China Resources, 80,000tons dry processing aluminum fluoride production line of Lantian Hongyuan chemical of Sino Chemical, and etc. have been finished.

49 projects were started the construction work or under preparation process.
