First session for leading group of establishment of “hot spring city of China”

It was reported that 2014 first session of establishment of “hot spring city of China” was held in Chenzhou city recently. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that the construction work should be promoted with international vision and ecology first concept. All the work should be operated by market, guided by the government and promoted by administrative behaviors.

It was introduced that the establishment work on “hot spring city of China” was launched in 2014 by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government. According to the plan, Chenzhou city should be upgraded as a first-class hot spring city of China and famous “hot spring of China”worldwide in 3-5 years. Followed with the target, further hot spring resource exploration work, hot spring development plan work, projects construction and promotion work and investment attraction work would be handled out by Chenzhou city in 2014- the crucial year for Chenzhou city’s establishment of “hot spring of China”. A special investment attraction conference and an on-site promotion conference were planned to be held in late April, 2014 in Chenzhou city and Yizhang county respectively. Furthermore, a hot spring leisure tourism festival was planned to be held in this November. Rucheng county and Yongxing county planned to be in charge of the opening and closing ceremony separately. All those activities were purposely to accelerate Chenzhou city’s construction of “hot spring city of China”.

Xiang Lili highly affirmed the achievements reached in 2013 by relative departments, counties and districts on the promotion of establishment of “hot spring city of China”. Xiang pointed out that more attention should be placed on the key work as the investment attraction conference and hot spring festival with specified working plan. Every county should be developed at least one key hot spring project on the basis of its practical resources. Every hot spring project should be facilitated with specified favorable policies to attract more investment and forge series characteristic hot spring towns. Stricter responsibility system should be carried out in every county and district to ensure all construction work to be implemented well.

Xiang required that all construction work should be planned with international vision to upgrade it with first-class level. At the meantime, ecology first concept should be applied on the process of construction to protect the environment. Every hot spring project should be with its unique features to attract the travelers. Furthermore, all the construction work should be operated by market, guided by the government and promoted by administrative behaviors.
