Vice Director of Hunan Provincial NPC- Jiang Zuobin led a working team of cadres from Hunan Provincial Environment and Resource Commission, Hunan Provincial DRC, Hunan Education Ministry, etc. to investigate Guidong county of Chenzhou city. Zhou Yuanqing- former Deputy Ministry of State Education Ministry went for this investigation together.

By listening to the working reports, checking details of the project, and holding symposium, Jiang Zuobin and his team leaned the detailed situation of the economical and social development of Guidong County, especially for the county’s infrastructure construction and rural education industry improvement. In recent 5 years, there were 34 qualified schools completed in Guidong County. Central primary schools and upper level schools are with 100% qualified level.

During the investigation, Jiang Zuobin highly affirmed Guidong County’s development work. Jiang remarked as an old revolutionary area, Guidong people contributed much on the establishment of new People’s Republic of China. Now, the imperfect traffic infrastructure condition is still the key problem hindering on the way. All departments should try best to support Guidong County’s economic and social development. Meanwhile, Guidong government should seize the chance and make full use of the advantages to boost its development. With the efforts from all aspects, the development will be faster and better.
