It was learned from Yizhang Transportation Bureau that at the end of November, Yizhang County successfully completed the rural road construction task ahead of time with 44.631kms, which was 111.6% of the annual task set by Chenzhou government. So far, Yizhang County has 100% administrative village cement roads.

Details like project planning, demonstration and report, capital collection, problem coordination, project implementation, working allocation, time schedule etc. were specified neatly. Meanwhile, the staff and principals of Yizhang Transportation Bureau often go to the construction site to learn the progress of project and solve practical problems on time. Furthermore, the project owners kept focusing on the final target and arrange the project construction with different measures to ensure efficiency and quality. All the efforts from the government, department and project owners guaranteed the rural roads project to be fulfilled ahead of schedule with good quality.
