It was learned from Yizhang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that 5800 employment of rural labor transfer have been increased in Yizhang County till the end of November. 4015 of them were transferred in the county, while 1785 were outside Yizhang County. This achievement was about 105.45% of the target of 5500 people set on “100 well-being projects” of counties of Chenzhou city.

From the beginning of 2012, in order to well carry out the transfer work of rural labor employment, Yizhang county Human Resources and Security Bureau figured out the labor force service work plan with the breakthrough of the employment of industrial park. The bureau allocated the full target to 249 villagers of 22 towns, which can play the labor force function of the grassroot villagers. Meanwhile, the bureau carried out various measures like organizing strong propaganda activities, establishing employment service platform, perfecting the employment information net, holding job fairs, sending job SMS, etc.. With all these efforts, 3562 rural labor forces were transferred to the industrial park, which greatly help to solve labor force difficulties.
