It was learned from Dabu village, Yongxing County, Chenzhou city that 98 dilapidated housing rehabilitation projects have been successfully passed the assessment. 98 families will move to new houses before the end of this year.

In recent years, the village party committee and government paid special attention to the improvement of well-beings, especially on the rural dilapidated housing rehabilitation in the remote and poverty areas. In 2012, the village government tried best to obtain the approval of rehabilitation for 98 households, which benefited 360 residents.

Dabujiang village government figured out specified working measures on the basis of practical conditions of the village. The most dangerous and poverty- stricken areas and families were covered within the rehabilitation plan. As an important carrier for grass-root party members’ pioneer work, this plan was considered to be one of the most important measures to judge whether village cadres serve well for people by implementing scientific development concepts. All the 24 cadres from party members and 57 village cadres were allocated with specified work to help the rehabilitation families solve the problems of land, capital collection, workers and others timely to ensure the fluent implementation of all the projects.
