With the efforts of over hundreds of staffs, the final 30 meters of road surfaces of Hengwu expressway’s Xintian connection part were fully completed on November 14, 2012, which granted the Hengwu expressway completed and open to public at the end of this month.

Hengwu expressway is a vertical part of Hunan provincial expressway network plan- “five vertical and seven horizontal”. Xintian connection part starts from Aoquan town, Guiyang County and ends at Xintian County, Yongxing city, which is one of the key construction parts. It is about 27.78 kilometers long and planned to be finished at the end of November.

Because of the illegal hindering of gas station in Guiyang County, the project of Xintian part was postponed for more than half month.

In the case of invalid work on ideological and political work, Guiyang County carried out the emergency work program and started the pavement construction of this part legally.

This emergency program was draw up with the coordination of different departments, which enabled the fluent implement of it and made 30- meter- pavement work finished fast and placed to use within 15 days.
