On June 10, Hunan (Chenzhou) Seminar on energy conservation and emission reduction was held in Chenzhou to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the province and speed up the technological innovation and upgrading of the new energy industry.
At the seminar, Wang Bohua, former Deputy Inspector of Electronic Information Department of the State Ministry of Industry and Information, and Secretary General of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, Liao Shengming, Dean of the Energy School of Central South University, and other guests, focused on the theme of "China's responsibility and sustainable development", and discussed China's commitment to sustainable development, energy conservation and emission reduction targets, and trends in new energy industries on the current situation of photovoltaic industry in China, energy saving and new energy industry situation under the goal of "double Control" of total energy consumption and intensity, the current situation and prospect of comprehensive energy service, the international sustainable development cooperation, etc.
It was understood that the seminar organization will promote the development of energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development in the province, and speed up the development of energy saving and environmental protection industries. Chenzhou will take this opportunity to further strengthen the exchanges, technology introduction and investment promotion on energy conservation and emission reduction, promote the transformation and development of the city's resource-based economy, further strengthen the establishment of the "Innovation demonstration zone for the national sustainable development agenda" and the construction of the industrial base for energy saving and environmental protection, and accumulate experience for the development of ecological green industries and Yangtze River economic zones in central and western prefectural cities.
