He Juan has trained many local disciples in Yongxing and set up the love heritage bases in the schools for deaf-mutes. She was compulsory to teach quilting skills for deaf children and often took them to participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition, making them to gain more self-confidence. At the same time, she also cooperated with the relevant departments to start the quilting embroidery skills training. In order to bring convenience to women living in remote mountainous areas, she set up the training courses in the villages and towns to let them achieve employment at home. In recent years, He Juan team has offered the heritage training to more than 2,000 people and helped more than 300 women to achieve employment at home, some rural migrant workers to achieve the highest monthly income of 6000 yuan. Dabujiang quilting embroidery has been out of the mountains to the world.
In 2014, He Juan was named the provincial inheritor and selected as one of the 12nd provincial women's representatives. In 2015, Dabujiang quilting embroidery won the first batch of most beautiful old crafts in Hunan, was rated as the top 10 of the most promising traditional skills in Hunan Province and top 10 of the most beautiful industrial workers, and was selected as the foreign cultural exchange project of Hunan Provincial Culture Department.
"We want to produce the large quilting embroidery scrolls with the theme of 'The Belt and Road' in the form of quilting embroidery to greet the 70th anniversary of National Day in 2019 and apply for the Guinness World.
