On May 26, the 2017 "BMW China Cultural Tour, Visit Intangible Cultural Heritage in Hunan" activities were into the Yongxing County to explore the Dabujiang quilting embroidery production techniques.

The visit, organized by the Hunan Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center，BMW (China) Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University Design Institute aimed to publicize and carry forward the outstanding traditional culture of Hunan Province to society, and promote the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage through increasing support for the intangible cultural heritage and inheritor.

On the same day, the visiting group came to the County Youth Palace to learn about the Dabujiang quilting embroidery production techniques and current situation, and discuss on further inheritance and development.

It was understood that the "BMW China Cultural Tour, Visit Intangible Cultural Heritage in Hunan" activities started in 2007 and has visited 21 provinces and more than 200 intangible cultural heritage projects during 11 years, in which more than 90 projects receiving the cash donation.
