Shiliuwan Ecological Park is located in Suxian District, Chenzhou City, west from South Guoqing Road, east from Chenzhou Avenue, north starting from Youth Avenue, south to Dongpo Ling, close to Chenjiang Road. It is an ecological park with ecological protection, and nature and wild interest as its main feature, integrating fitness and leisure, popular science education and sightseeing, covering an area of 2200 mu. The first phase of the park construction, an area of 900 mu, started in September 2009 and was completed and officially opened in October 2010.

The park has beautiful ecological environment and all the lighting lamps in the park are energy-saving and environment-friendly lamps combined with wind energy and solar energy. The greening construction mainly uses native plants to combine trees, shrubs and ground cover plants, evergreen and deciduous trees, and broad-leaved and coniferous trees, divided different scenic spots and scenic areas.

Since 2015, Shiliuwan Ecological Park, taking the opportunity of creating a civilized city, has made great efforts to improve the quality of the park, improve its hardware facilities and strengthen its landscape. Around the contents of "socialist core values", "Chinese dream" and "ideological education for minors", a number of billboards have been set up at the front square, entrances and exits, main roads and scenic spots to create an organic combination between park ecology and civilization, and create a strong creation atmosphere.

In addition, Shiliuwan Ecological Park has been committed to building Chenzhou's largest theme park of rule of law and integrity culture, and integrated rule of law and integrity culture into the park culture. Without changing the original natural landscape, a large number of cultural elements of rule of law have been injected into the park. Through aesthetic sculpture, sculpture, display, decoration and other artistic visual techniques, the idea of rule of law culture has been integrated with the existing park environment, greening, facilities and so on, giving the park a new cultural vitality, which was of great significance to promote the construction of rule of law culture in Chenzhou and improve the cultural literacy of citizens.

The Theme Park of Rule of Law and Integrity Culture mainly adopts stone carving and engraving on stone materials, and uses modern means of communication such as new media to organically integrate rule of law culture and integrity culture. An outdoor LED touch computer, 14 statutory and integrity cultural stone carvings and 56 statutory and integrity cultural carving billboards have been installed in the park. The general public can check about relevant legal issues, learn legal knowledge and Party regulations through the outdoor LED touch computer set on the right side of the park gate. They can also appreciate stone materials and stone carvings with the theme of rule of law and integrity.

The Theme Park incorporates rule of law and integrity culture into it, so that people can learn to contact the rule of law and the integrity culture while walking and leisure. In recent years, Chenzhou has vigorously strengthened the construction of rule of law and integrity cultural positions. Through the construction of the theme park, square and corridors of legal and integrity culture, and other infrastructure, Chenzhou has promoted the spirit of the rule of law and promoted the formation of an atmosphere of advocating rule of law and integrity culture in the whole society.
