On the afternoon of March 7th, the central city shantytown renovation scheduling meeting was held in the Conference Roon 818 of Municipal Government, presided over by Cao Bianjiang, Deputy Secretary-general of the Municipal Government. Municipal Government Vice Mayor Li Wuyi and Municipal CPPCC Vice Chairman Chen Fangming attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Municipal Shantytown Renovation Office reported on the work plan for shantytown renovation in downtown area in 2018 and the matters to be studied at the conference. Municipal Construction Investment Management Center, Beihu District, Suxian District and Hi-tech Zone reported the work arrangement for shantytown renovation in 2018 and the matters to be studied at the conference; the owner units of 4 new projects in 2018 (7320 industrial and mining shantytown renovation project, Xiameiqiao Leaflet Factory family area shantytown renovation project, Hunan Green Chemical Industry shantytown renovation project and Wulipai Street Jiedong Village shantytown renovation project) reported the progress of the projects respectively.
