In 2018, Chenzhou City will focus on "five 100" projects, namely, 100 major industrial construction projects, 100 scientific and technological innovation projects, the innovation on 100 major products,the introduction of 100 Top 500 enterprises and 100 scientific and technological innovation talents.

This year, there were 6 key industrial projects in our city into the "five 100" projects, namely, the new energy automobile industry project in High-tech Zone, Xianggang International Logistics Warehouse and Trading Center project, Hunan Guangdong Smart Home Industry project in Guiyang County, Yongxing Xiongfeng rare metal comprehensive recovery project, Changlu International Tourism Resort construction project in Yongxing County, and Linwu County calcium carbonate deep processing project.

The Investigation Group went to Yongxing County Changlu International Tourism Resort construction project to investigate. The project has been highly valued by the municipal party committee and municipal government leaders, and has been included in the provincial key construction projects for several consecutive years. Yongxing County has set up a special project promotion leading group to coordinate and promote the construction of the project, the County Party Secretary and the County Chief as the Group Leader and the first Deputy Leader respectively. Till now, nearly 1.3 billion yuan has been invested, the Changlu Avenue and other supporting infrastructure, the Military Development Park, Nanling Cultural Park and other main projects have been completed. The construction of various projects is now being stepped up at present. In the High-tech Zone, the Investigation Group investigated the OptimumNano New Energy Automobile Industry project and the Xianggang International Logistics Warehouse and Trading Center project, and listened to the briefing. The OptimumNano New Energy Automobile Industry project has signed an agreement to enter the park. The OptimumNano Company is speeding up the early stage work, drawing up the planning and design scheme, and launching the land application for approval at present. About the Xianggang International Logistics Warehouse and Trading Center project, 80 mu of land in the first phase has completed the procedures for change of use and can start construction.
