Chenzhou New Energy Automobile Small Town Project is a special town built by China OptimumNano Innovation Alliance on the basis of the new energy vehicle industry, which integrates intelligence, commerce, tourism, culture, exhibition, research and development, service and so on.

The small city integration area is located in the Matian Area of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, about 3500 mu of planned land in the core development area, in which the key industrial land of more than 1000 mu; the logistics zone is located in the Yashiping Area of Chenzhou High-tech Zone with a planned land area of 500 mu; the supporting industrial zone is located in the Suxian Industrial Concentration Area with a planned land area of 800 mu; other areas, such as trade and R & D, are located near Jintian Lake in Chenzhou Hi-tech Zone and the movie town in Suxian District.

The total investment of the project is not less than 20 billion yuan, of which 15 billion yuan was invested in industry. The whole industry chain project of new energy vehicle and core parts was introduced, with 30 enterprises settled. After completion, the project can achieve annual output value of more than 30 billion yuan, and tax revenue of 1 to 1.5 billion yuan, solve the employment of about 20,000 people, and drive the surrounding population of 100,000 people.
