Recently, the standard scale breeding and processing plant of beef was finished and placed to operation in Linwu county, which was about one year ahead of the time schedule. It was introduced that the project was one of Chenzhou municipal level key industrial projects, covering with 138million yuan. There are one processing plant and 12 breeding bases available for the project. It would be operated with the mode of “cooperative + base + farmer” and was estimated to be with an annual profit of 40million yuan and 2 million yuan tax payment and capable to provide 1200 jobs for local people.

Linwu county placed great attention on the promotion of industrial projects. 10 Chenzhou municipal level key industrial projects covered with 5.152billion yuan total investments were arranged by the county in this year, 1.035billion yuan of which was planned to be finished in the year, 50% higher than annual plan. Three more projects as the platform for characteristic agricultural products, Dongjiang Electronic Park, and Xiangnan Linwu production base of wind power towers were expected to be finished this year in advance.

In order to promote the industrial projects, Linwu county favored them with favorable policies. As required, all the procedures concerned for the key projects should be settled with less 1/3 time than usual schedule. Joint approval should be handled out on some processes. The problems concerned for the key projects should be solved in limited time, for example, relative departments should reply to the questions presented by the key projects in three working days. Furthermore, specified leadership scheme was implemented in the county as well to follow up the projects efficiently.
