On July 14, 2020, the Development and Reform Bureau of Suxian District issued the record certificate of changes in Cisco (Chenzhou) Vocational Education City and its public supporting projects.

According to the change document, Cisco (Chenzhou) Vocational Education City project is developed and constructed by Hunan Pilot Education Investment Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Guangzhou Cisco Education Co., Ltd. The project is located in Feitianshan Town, Suxian District, with a total construction area of 2 million square meters and a total investment of over 3 billion yuan

The project mainly includes the construction of vocational colleges, technical schools, secondary vocational schools, affiliated kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools, training bases, staff supporting communities, affiliated hospitals, etc. Among them, there are about 5000 teaching staff residential quarters (with a construction area of about 500000 square meters).

The enrollment scale is 43000, including 21000 in vocational colleges, 7000 in technical schools, 11000 in secondary vocational schools, 1240 in primary schools, 2400 in secondary schools and 360 in kindergartens.
