From then on, local companies are capable to handle the foreign trade businesses, which should help to improve local opening economy and solve the narrow-neck problems on foreign trade.

It was introduced that Zixing Zifa (Zisheng) Import & Export Trading Co. Ltd. is mainly on providing foreign trade services for enterprises. Its parent company- Hunan Xianggang Investment Group is with the functions of international trade, international express, bonded warehousing, customs clearance, China-HK delivery, route distribution, and etc., which enables it to be capable to provide some foreign trade services as third-party logistics solution, custom clearance, financing, and etc.

In recent years, Zixing City tried great efforts on improving international businesses and some local enterprises also tried to expand its foreign trades. 18 enterprises were qualified with import & export licence and handled series foreign trade businesses by themselves or the third party. But due to the complex processes and lacking of the guidance of professional people, it is little hard for the enterprises to expand better. Sometimes, they authorized to the third party to handle it, but they can only go to someone in coastal areas for no local qualified company available. Now, this newly established import & export company can help to solve the problem. Currently, some companies have settled preliminary agreement with it.
