It was learned from the symposium of deepening reform of commercial mechanism that 8600 new enterprises registered in Chenzhou City, up 23.01%.

As stated on the conference, till now, 2057 enterprises with "five-in-one certificates, one license one code" were registered in Chenzhou City. The total market entities are amounted to 179,900 which is 45,400 more than the number of 2013, up 33.75%. The opening rate of newly registered companies is 71.8%, which contributes to 201,000 new employments and helps to improve the social development.

As required by He Jianxiang who is the Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City that all the departments should try to explore more innovative ways for further reform and activation of market resource; should optimize service, especially on decreasing the mechanism cost; should improve the development of social service system for small and micro enterprises, especially on the construction of public service platforms, social agents, and entrepreneurship base; and should activate the energy of market entities and enhance the support of innovation and entrepreneurship.
