On the afternoon of 11 April, Yi Pengfei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Municipal people's Congress Standing Committee, required when investigated in Guiyang County that we should implement the "Industrial Project Construction Year" and "Work Implementation Year", unswervingly grasp the key points, make up for weaknesses, and prevent risks.

Focusing on industrial development, Yi Pengfei visited a number of industrial projects in Guiyang and helped the projects and enterprises to solve problems. At the Rural E-commerce Public Service Center in Guiyang, Yi Pengfei urged business executives to cooperate with more local agricultural bases, agricultural cooperatives and farmers, ensure high quality and traceability of products, and help the masses sell agricultural products and earn money back to promote the development of scale, standardization and specialization in agriculture.

When visiting the Guangdong Home Intellectual Industry Park in Hunan Province, Yi Pengfei sent word to entrepreneurs from the Pearl River Delta that should further develop in furniture fitting and product marketing, and increase the profit and tax rate of enterprises; build a modern, intelligent, green and ecological model of the whole industry chain which integrates production, trade, tourism, amusement and other functions in the construction of green factory; bring along more peers and business partners to invest in Chenzhou in the aspect of attracting investment.

At Runhua Optoelectronic Project site, Yi Pengfei encouraged enterprises in independent R & D and product innovation to continue to improve market competitiveness.

In the face of the formalities and pole line relocation restricting the promotion of the Kaidi Biomass Power Project and the New Bada Glass Project, Yi Pengfei at site required the city and county level comrades to implement the responsibility and solve the problems within the deadline. Yi Pengfei pointed out that the biggest weakness in Chenzhou is industry and we should grasp the key point of industrial development, make up for weaknesses, cultivate backbone enterprises, enhance financial strength, and make every effort to prevent and defuse government debt risks; should implement the requirements of the provincial party committee's "Industrial Project Construction Year" and the municipal party committee's "Work Implementation Year", and pay close attention to the implementation of the administrative examination and approval, the optimization of the environment and the guarantee of the elements to create a high quality environment for enterprise development and project construction; should further improve the scientific and forward-looking planning to reserve reasonable space for industrial projects and livelihood projects.
