On May 23, the responsible person of the Hunan Gold Industry in Environmental Friendly Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Project, settled in Yongxing County Economic Development Zone Bolin Industrial Park, introduced that the project covers an area of 292 mu with a total investment of 580 million yuan, which can realize annual sales income of 1.7 billion yuan, and annual profits and taxes of 250 million yuan.

Since this year, Yongxing County Economic Development Zone has focused on the goal of "building a hundred billion parks and joining the national team". On the one hand, it has accelerated the construction of the "road pipe networks" and other infrastructures in parks to creat a good development platform; on the other hand, it has carried out the precision investment facing the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Yongxing businessmen, leading industry chain and the top 500 enterprises. In the first quarter of this year, Yongxing County Economic Development Zone attracted the actual domestic capital of 1.61 billion yuan and actual utilization of foreign capital of $63.55 million, an increase of 23.22% and 14.97% respectively from the same period last year.

In order to speed up the landing of industrial projects, increase investment and speed up production, Yongxing County has provided "nanny type" services for landing projects and opened up "green channels" for project construction to shorten the examination and approval time limit through the coordination of functional departments by the park administrative service center, and handled and improved the relevant procedures with the fastest speed. At the same time, the backward forcing mechanism of daily inspecting, weekly scheduling, biweekly promoting and monthly reporting were implemented to promote the project construction.

It was understood that in the first half of the year, the Yongxing Park Administrative Service Center handled 189 formalities for 45 key industrial projects, an increase of 15.2%; 46 new market players were added in the Yongxing County Economic Development Zone, with a total of 560; the total income of technology, industry and trade was 38.01 billion yuan, an increase of 13.4%; the number of industrial enterprises with an output value of over 100 million yuan increased to 57, and the added value of large-scale industries increased by 7.86% over the same period last year; the total tax revenue was 450 million yuan, an increase of 20.1%; the value of imports was 100.02 million yuan and the export value was 222.92 million yuan.
