On June 8, the workers at the construction site of the first phase of Sany Group's Anren Industrial Park were scrambling to ensure that the project would be finished and put into production in October.

The Anren Industrial Park Project of Sany Group, located in the Anren County Industrial Concentration Area, is invested by Sany Group and covers an area of 413.03 mu. It is planned to invest 1.5 billion yuan in five years to build a demonstration base for assembly construction industrialization and set up an assembly component factory, which are committed to the production of complete sets of equipment components for PC components, and the new building materials components, so as to realize the sustainable development of building products energy saving, environmental protection and maximum life-cycle value.

At the same time, in order to promote the construction of the project, the Anren County Committee and the county government have set up a project headquarters headed by the secretary of the county party committee, and arranged special personnel from Anren County industrial concentration area to provide meticulous services for the project construction, so as to help them to solve the problems and difficulties encountered in the construction.

Long Fengfei, Deputy Director of the management committee of the Anren County Industrial Concentration District, said that the Anren County Industrial Concentration Area has sorted out 13 major categories of problems through the formulation of a work plan, formed a list of responsibilities, and implemented them one by one, greatly saving time for the project construction.

Since the beginning of this year, Anren County Industrial Concentration Area has taken the "Industrial Project Construction Year" as an opportunity to conscientiously implement the "one list five systems" working mechanism of project construction, gather elements, and actively promote the construction of industrial projects to create conditions for the projects to enter the park. At the same time, it has also carried out enterprise support to ensure the development of enterprises without obstacles. In the aspect of attracting investment, Anren County Industrial Concentration Area has continued to actively attract investment, carry out accurate investment, increase the intensity of attracting investment relying on the advantages of Anren resources, market and talents, and actively participate in the investigation activities.

Anren County Industrial Concentration Area has successfully introduced the world top 500 enterprises-Sany Group, Wenquan Clothing, Kairen Biology, Tuoren Clothing and other enterprises into the park. In March this year, the Anren Chamber of Commerce in Foshan City organized a delegation to attract investment in Anren. Compared with previous years, the biggest highlight of the newly introduced projects is that all the projects have started. In addition, with the completion and commissioning of Hunan Wanhua Board Industry, the downstream supporting industry projects will soon be settled in the park. In the next step, Anren County Industrial Concentration Area will increase the efforts to attract investment and persist in maintaining growth through large projects; speed up project construction and maintain growth in a superior investment environment; improve the management system of the park and adhere to many measures to help enterprises maintain growth.

In the first quarter of 2018, Anren County Industrial Concentration Area went all out to grasp party building, investment, construction, service, measures and implementation. In the first quarter, the added value of scale industry was 338.09 million yuan, an increase of 20.51%, and the added value of park scale industry accounted for 75.3% of the county's industrial added value, the actual storage tax of 36.22 million yuan, an increase of 2% and the completed investment of 620.33 million yuan, an increase of 1.22%.
