The park development and ecological protection are like a pair of natural contradictions. How to resolve? Zixing City took full advantage of local resources to explore the development of green low-carbon park.

"More than 80% of the production power of photovoltaic materials project, invested and built by our company, is supplied by waste heat power generation system." On June 28, the responsible person of the Kibing Group Silicon Materials Company, located in Zixing Economic Development Zone said, "the waste heat generation system has greatly reduced the production cost and the agglomeration development of upstream and downstream enterprises of silicon materials in the park has also reduced the cost of material processing, transportation, etc."

Zixing City has two good resources of the "heat" and "cold", in which the "heat" is the coal-fired waste heat generation system of China Resources Power and the "Cold" is the Dongjiang Lake cold water resources. "In January last year, we jointly invested with China Resources Power to build a central heating service platform in the park, using the waste heat from coal-fired power generation to provide steam for the park enterprises." According to the person in charge of the Zixing Economic Development Zone, 20 kilometers of pipeline was laid and began heating in July. We have signed the steam supply agreement with Fengyue Science and Technology, Jianlin Building Materials, Tsingtao Brewery and other enterprises, and gradually covered the park to realize the green development of energy saving and emission reduction.

Zixing Twins Feed Company, located in Zixing Economic Development Zone, has no imaginary coal and boiler in the pig feed heating and aging, high temperature antivirus and other production and processing links, and all are completed with the waste heat of coal-fired power generation by China Resources Power, not only environmental protection without pollution, and nearly 20% production costs reduced.

Relying on the cold water resources of Dongjiang Lake, Zixing Economic Development Zone has built Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park, and China Telecom, Hunan Yunchao, Huawei and other well-known enterprises have settled into the park, becoming a scientific and technological section of "Green Park" in Zixing Economic Development Zone. The 3000 rack machine rooms of Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park have been put into operation continuously, safely and steadily, which is the most energy-saving and environmental-friendly data center in the country.

Dai Dongwen, General Manager of China Telecom Chenzhou Branch said: "the Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park has a set of lake water cooling systems to reduce the temperature of the engine room by using the low temperature water of Dongjiang Lake. The refrigeration consumption of enterprises accounts for 5% to 8% of the total electricity consumption in industrial parks, compared with 40% in other big data industrial parks. After the lake water flows out of the pipeline, the water temperature increases only by 2℃ without any pollution and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is very obvious."

Zixing Economic Development Zone completed the total technical, industrial and trade income of 66.5 billion yuan last year last year, and will establish a national development zone this year and strive to achieve the "100 billion park" goal in 2 to 3 years.
