Development goals:

Supported by rich fluorite resources, Chenzhou has graduated downstream extension and cultivated a leading enterprise in the fluorochemical industry with over 10 billion cubic meters of comprehensive competitiveness in mining, washing, primary processing, deep processing, technological research and development, integration of import and export trade, technology and products to become the largest fluorochemical industry base with complete industrial chain in China. With the rich resources of silica and calcium carbonate, Chenzhou has developed intensive processing and built an important industrial cluster base of silicon materials and calcium carbonate in Hunan Province and even in China. By 2020, the total output value of the city's fluorine chemical industry will reach 10 billion yuan, and 30 billion yuan by 2025. By 2025, the total output value of calcium carbonate industry and silica industry will reach 10 billion yuan respectively.

Key development industrial chains:

Fluorine chemical industry chain. Chenzhou has been focusing on fluorite powder, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, fluorite, pellets, aluminum fluoride, fluoride salt, etc., to form a complete fluorochemical industry chain with fluorite → hydrofluoric acid → raw material refrigerant → fluorochemical monomer → fluoropolymer → fluorochemical products (fluorofossil ink, etc.) and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride → ammonium fluoride (potassium fluoride) → lithium hexafluorophosphate, difluorosulfimide lithium and other inorganic and organic combination.

Calcium carbonate new material industry chain. Based on Linwu County Calcium Carbonate Industrial Park, Chenzhou has realized the industrial chains of calcium carbonate resource mining, powder processing, artificial granite, coating, woven bag and pipe processing.

Silica new material industry chain. Relying mainly on the rich silica resources of Zixing City, Chenzhou has built silica sand industrial park and silicon material industrial park, and gradually formed the whole industrial chain of silica mining, silica sand processing, high-purity silicon-based materials, and silicon material products (solar glass, artificial quartz plate, silicon alloy, electronic display screen, cosmetics and other high-end products).

Main supporting tasks:

Chenzhou will cooperate with Sinochem Blue Sky and related research institutes in China, integrate the technology research and development resources of Chenzhou Fluorine Chemistry Co., ltd. and Hongyuan Chemical co., ltd. to establish a fluorine chemistry research and development institution; will establish Chenzhou fluoro-chemical products trading platform, and strive to establish a national or international electronic trading center for fluoro-chemical products; will build the Ziwu Silicon Material Industrial Park in Zixing City and the Calcium Carbonate Industrial Park in Linwu County, and introduce technical forces to establish the silicon micro powder research institute.
