By 2025, the project will achieve a sales revenue of more than 20 billion yuan, a tax of 1.2 billion yuan and attract 15000 employees. With the help of big data basic platform, the data research, cloud computing, software design, e-commerce headquarters, electronic manufacturing and other upstream and downstream industries were introduced to build the largest energy-saving and environmental protection big data industry demonstration base in China, China Telecom data cloud base, the largest data disaster recovery center in central and South China, and Hunan green data valley.

According to Huang Zhengrong, Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee, "the industrial park can also drive the development of real estate industry and modern service industry in this area. Now the industrial park covers an area of 3000 mu. If the 4500 mu land in our plan can be smoothly promoted according to the established goal, it will generate about 26.9 billion taxes. "

Dongjiang Lake Big Data Center is located in the Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park of Zixing, which was jointly constructed by Hunan Telecom and Hunan Cloundnest information technology company, and it is the largest big data project in Hunan Province. At present Dongjiang Lake Big Data Center has become the largest data center in Hunan Province, with an annual sales revenue of 1 billion yuan; the PUE value remains between 1.05 and 1.16, creating the lowest domestic IDC record, becoming the most energy-saving and environmental protection data center in China; in June 2017, 19 companies including Huawei, Ali, National Supercomputing Hunan Center, Wangsu Technology, and Yunchang signed the settlement agreement, with a total investment of 20 billion yuan.
