The project of "Hunan Guangdong Home Furnishing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park" was officially signed on July 15, 2017, with the total planned land of about 20000 mu. Five major areas will be built, including the basic area of home furnishing manufacturing, the exhibition and trading area, the trading area of raw and auxiliary materials, the processing area of supporting products and the centralized management area of warehousing and logistics.

The first phase of development is 10000 mu and the total investment is 20 billion yuan. More than 100 home furnishing enterprises above designated size will be introduced. It was estimated that the annual output value of the whole park's home furnishing industry will reach more than 30 billion yuan. After completion and operation, the annual tax revenue will be about 2 billion yuan and more than 50000 jobs will be arranged.

Through five years' efforts, Guiyang County will strive to build the project into a classic example of Chenzhou's investment attraction, large business attraction, real business attraction and industrial chain investment attraction, as a leading demonstration project of industrial transformation and economic transformation in Guiyang and even Chenzhou, and build it into the first industrial agglomeration center integrating household production, trade, Expo, logistics, exhibition and scientific research in Hunan Province. At present, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the provincial key office have listed the project as a provincial key project.
