On September 9, Zixing City held a review meeting on the overall plan of the 2020 Hunan (Winter) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival. Municipal leader Zhou Houyun presided over the review meeting.

It was reported that the overall activities of the festival are composed of the opening ceremony, water sports carnival, 2020 China Chenzhou Zixing fishing open race, "fluorescent night race around the lake" and "Xingning sentiment market".

According to the meeting, we should grasp the principle of thrifty running the meeting, actively mobilize the participation of social forces, and all departments should cooperate with each other to promote the development of tourism in the whole region. Through the festival, we should promote and publicize Zixing, increase publicity, combine culture, tourism and sports, and combine with rural appearance to promote the development of Zixing industry.
