On September 15, the performers were trained in Pingshiwan, Xingning Town, Zixing City to prepare for the performance of the opening ceremony of Hunan (Winter) Culture Tourism Festival in 2020.

It was reported that this year's winter tourism festival will be held in the Bailang District of Xingning, Zixing City. At present, the preparatory work of cultural and tourism project construction, rural environment improvement and etiquette personnel training are actively and orderly promoted.
