According to the reports from the construction site of Guiyang County that the upgrading project of Baihua road was on the final stage after finishing the surface coverage of pitch; the comprehensive building of Chinese traditional medicine hospital sealed its top successfully; some other projects such as the administration center, gym center and Longtan middle school were under schedule. In 2012, 10 construction projects amounting to 1.50 billion yuan were launched in orderto decorate Guiyang County well.

It was learned Guiyang County had boosted the three year plan for the city construction since 2011 with 2.3 million yuan for 77 city construction projects. All these investments helped to make Guiyang County more beautiful. In 2012, another 200 million yuan were invested in the upgrading project for Baoshan road, Xiangyang road, Cailun road, etc.. With this investment, all the roads mentioned above were broadened, new greening belts built, new public bus stops added, LED lamps installed, etc.. One of the “ten city construction projects”- city planning exhibition center is on the process of construction. Once finished, it will become one of the iconic buildings in Guiyang County.

In order to collect more capitals to carry out all the projects, Guiyang government has tried different ways such as obtaining capitals from the upper government, attracting exterior investments, activating private capitals, collecting capitals from banks, activating reserves, etc. What’s more, the government practiced the model of “reasonable pricing, BT investment attraction, debt interest, land security” to extend more capital attraction ways. Meanwhile, the government did a good job on the land resource usage to guarantee the priority for the key construction projects. At present, the county ten urban construction projects are promoted orderly, taking on a new look.
