Liao Yuegui- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of Chenzhou Municipal Organization Department, and Director of Chenzhou Municipal United Front Work Department led principals of some departments of Chenzhou city investigated Yongxing county to check its key projects condition and help to solve the problems hindered on the way of its construction process.

After checking the new material and new energy industrial park construction site of Yongxing county, Liao required that scientific plan should be figured out to make sure the park to be established as a modern park with complete facilities. It was introduced that though the park was still under construction, many famous enterprises were attracted to settle down there by signing the contract with the park.

Concerning for the upgrading project for old urban area, 28 roads were under renewal process and were planned to be finished before the end of 2013. Liao required that the project should be completed on time.

Concerning for Matian mining shantytown modification project, once finished, 3549 families would be capable to be settled there. Liao stated that this well-being project should be followed the time schedule well to be finished on time with high quality.

Liao also checked the operation condition for Hunan Yongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd during his trip. Once learned that its products were with good marketing effect in European and American market, Liao encouraged the principal of this enterprise to accelerate the development speed and try to meet the production capacity sooner.

Liao also required the principals who accompanied him with this investigation to try their best to provide the best service for the project construction. Liao and his team also

investigated the new rural construction and transportation project condition during this trip.
