When reporters arrived at the construction site of Tangjiazhai, Suxian section of Chenyong avenue, workers were busy in laying the asphalt pavement. Huang Chuqing- Chief Engineer of Suxian District Transport Bureau expressed his confidence that if nothing unexpected happened, Suxian section of Chenyong avenue can be opened to traffic on time.
If reporters asked Huang about the time schedule for this project one year ago, he would not  be so confident to say so. Because one year ago, there was no road there, just bare mountain. And it was learned from the notices issued by leading group office of Chenyong avenue construction that Suxian section was received “yellow card warning” in two consecutive times for its slow progress.

But just this one year period, Suxian section’s construction was with rapid progress. Due to its fast speed, it was ranked the second place on the third quarter’s Chenyong avenue labor contest, awarding with 0.45 million yuan reward. It was introduced that the roadbed has been almost finished currently, Dongjiang bridge of Damianzhou was followed the installation procedure well and some roads surfaces were under pavement of oil.

Zhou Chongping-Deputy Director of Suxian District Transportation Construction Office said: “Due to the late biding, Suxian section was far behind other sections’s progress at the first stage and was warned with yellow card. But now, with the great efforts tried by Suxian District Part Committee and Government and coordination among relative departments, as you can see from the construction site, everything goes well. ”

In order to catch up other sections’ progress, special personnel was dispatched by Suxian district to follow the project and promote it as well. As introduced by Duan Lianghua- Secretary of Suxian District Transport Bureau Party Committee that all the responsible people for the project cancelled the holidays in last eight months to followed the project strictly.

In order to catch the time schedule of the project, the construction teams for the project tried their best to do it faster with scientific arrangement and plan under such long production time every day. It was introduced by the project manager of Shantou Bridge- Wu Denghui that a large number of equipment and personnel were concentrated to carry out this project.

Wu was impressed with the good working style of the cadres of Chenzhou city on the process of the project construction.
