It was learned that on telephone and video conference of Hunan Further Opening up & Optimization of Open Economy Development, Chenzhou city was awarded as 2012 advanced unit of Hunan province on open economy improvement. Qu Hai- Duputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city attended the conference in Chenzhou parallel session.

A review of 2012 Hunan province open economy work was summarized in the conference. Besides the prize mentioned above, Chenzhou city was entitled as the advanced unit on investment attraction and foreign trade working as well. Beihu district government and management committee of Chenzhou non-ferrous industrial park were prized as advanced unit of Hunan province on development of open economy.

In 2013, “year for project service” activity would be handled in Hunan province to optimized the open economy development condition and upgrade Hunan province competitiveness and influence on open economy improvement. In order to meet the target, rate of project performance, project capital arrival, project operation and service satisfaction should be upgraded, while rate of complaint should be decreased.

It was required in the conference more open idea, better government credit, more perfect operation mechanism, better planning, upgrading public service, more efficient labor force supply, upgrading financial support, optimized open economy improvement condition and other aspects concerned for the further open economy development should be upgraded accordingly.

Once the provincial conference finished, the deployment plan was figured out in Chenzhou city on the further opening up and optimization of open economy development condition. Qu Hai required that investment attraction work, opening up platform construction, production service industry, working style rectification work and other work concerned for the upgrading of open economy rate should be well improved to ensure all the targets can be fulfilled well.
