In 2012, Zixing Industrial Park seized the chance of the construction for demonstration of south China undertaking industrial transfer to achieve strategic breakthrough on investment attraction.
Dacheng Chinese Herbal Medicine Co., Ltd. was settled down in the park in June 2011, which was the first pharmaceutical processing company there. With over one year’s construction efforts, it would be placed to operation soon in 2013.
In order to make sure all the projects introduced into the park can be settled down well and improved gradually, the industrial park provided best agency service for all of them, especially handling “one stop”service on all the authorized 60 administrative approval issues.
In 2012, different from earlier investment attraction’s concept without selection of projects, more measures were launched to select better projects suitable for Zixing industrial economy development with advanced management and industrial cluster competitive advantages. 10 billion yuan contract capitals were introduced into the park in 2012 by handling these new measures, which helped to reach the historic breakthroughs on the transfer from single project to industrial cluster and transfer from regular investor to strategic investor. At the meantime, better financing platforms were established to achieve about 300million yuan financing in 2012, which greatly improved the infrastructure construction of the industrial park and helped to attract more than 15 projects settled down here.
To ensure that the park project attracted into, poly rope, stay, full implementation of agency services through the open area on the introduction of the project, an acceptance, parallel approval, a charge, within specified time, the tracking service "five in one run gone through the implementation of "one-stop" mode, an authorized agent, 60 administrative examination and approval in the District administrative Service Center.
Along with the improvement of projects, the comprehensive strength of industrial park was upgraded greatly, which helped to place a solid foundation for its establishment of national level industrial park.
