2 industries with over 50 billion yuan output value should be forged in 2013
It was learned from Chenzhou industrial transformation conference that 2013 industrial transformation target of Chenzhou city was figured out as to forge 2 industries with over 50billion yuan output value.
Industry: “two-thousand and five-five ”project should be implemented vigorously
What is “two-thousand and five-five ”project? “Two-thousand”project- the total output value of non-ferrous metal industry and added-value of scaled industry should be upgraded to be more than 100billion yuan. “Five-five”project- 3 enterprises with more than 5billion yuan total output value or sales revenue, 2 industries with more than 50billion yuan total output value, 2 industrial parks with more than 50 billion yuan industrial output value and 5 brands with over 500 million value should be forged in 2013, and annual industrial fixed assets investment should be kept over 50billion yuan.
Lead smelting, paper, cement and other backward production capacity industries should be eliminated from Chenzhou city, focusing on the 1.50 million tons backward production capacity elimination and 50 small companies shut-down tasks’fulfillment.
Agriculture: agricultural products processing sales revenue should be reached 38.5billion yuan
Modern agriculture was one of the key industries of Chenzhou city. Focusing on 10 advantageous industries as grain, oil-tea, livestock, aquatic product, fruit, vegetable, flue-cured tobacco, tea, bamboo and Chinese medicine, and 5“ten-billion processing industries”as grain and oil, livestock and aquatic product, bamboo, and tobacco, 11 more modern agriculture demonstration parks (bases) should be established to fight for the target of agricultural products processing sales revenue to be amounted to 38.5billion yuan, up 21%.
Furthermore, 3000 farmers’specialized cooperatives would be developed in Chenzhou city to make sure 50% farmers of the city can join at least one cooperative. Concerned for the target of 2013, 500 new specialized cooperatives should be established to make sure 18% farmers can join in one cooperative.
Modern service industry: backward services should be eliminated or restricted
The tertiary industry of Chenzhou city would be focused on the modern service industries development and improved with urban economy features. Enhanced construction would be placed on the logistic platforms and electronic ports, leading logistic enterprises introduction, key logistic projects, south China international logistic park, and modern logistic service enterprises. Furthermore, modern logistic system should be improved by the accelerated development of modern logistic industries.
At the meantime, low-end farmers market, street market, street vendor, and other markets not fitting for urban planning should be prohibited. Some more restaurants, halls, or other facilities caused environment pollution and traffic jam should be eliminated as well.
