“Millions” project helps to promote the improvement of small & micro enterprises

It was learned from Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission, Chenzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Chenzhou Science and Technology Bureau, and some other departments that “millions” project would be further implemented to promote the development of small & micro enterprises in Chenzhou city, especially fighting for the establishment of 1000 more small & micro enterprises there.

It was introduced that the innovative and high-tech small & micro enterprises would be assisted with more favorable policies by the departments to be improved with over hundred million yuan income enterprises. Per the departments as Financial, Industrial and Commercial, etc. would grant more supports on the corporate finance, training, land, marketing and other aspects to boost the development of small & micro enterprises. Per the counties, along with the establishment of industrial park, at least one venture base should be founded there and more models should be highly propagandized to enlight people’s enthusiasm on entrepreneurial activity.

In order to promote the upgrade of enterprise management, some professional service organization and management teams were organized to help 20-25 enterprises to settle the bottleneck problems and cultivate their management teams. At the meantime, some giant network companies were invited to work together with the small & micro enterprises to expand their marketing range. Furthermore, “digital enterprises” project would be handled out in 300 enterprises to upgrade their infomatization level. Better information service, more international level exhibitions, etc. would be carried out and organized by relative departments to improve the development of small & micro enterprises.

Concerned for the college students who wanted to start their businesses, a special venture platform was also available for them. Some scientific and technological achievements would be selected from some colleges in Chenzhou city to attend the 10th “Challenge Cup” Hunan undergraduate scientific works contest in this June. Once got the award there, it would be combined to work together with the enterprises to promote their achievements to be transformed as production capacity.
