Counties of Chenzhou city were lack of scientific overall planning, especially for the suburban counties.

Because of such disadvantages, more problems occurred and hindered the way for Chenzhou city’s further development. In order to solve such problem, an overall planning covered all the counties of Chenzhou city should be figured out to promote Chenzhou city’s completely new overall development pattern.

On the above pointes, the general planning for Chenzhou city’s overall integration of urban and rural areas should be worked out with high standard by choosing well-known planning companies. The rural areas should be covered within this general planning to make sure the real overall integration development of urban & rural areas.
