Enlarged meeting of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee & analysis meeting of 1st quarter economic situation of 2013 was held in Chenzhou city

On April 11, 2013, enlarged meeting of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee & analysis meeting of 1st quarter economic situation of 2013 was held in Chenzhou city. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the meeting and delivered significant speech there. It was pointed out at the meeting that more confidence and driving forces should be placed on the upgrading of Chenzhou economic development, quality and efficiency to ensure all the economic targets to be fulfilled successfully. Qu Hai-Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the meeting and addressed important speech there as well. 

The spirit of Xu Shousheng- Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee’s important address delivered on the fifth session of tenth Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Du Jiahao- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Province Acting Governor’s significant speech delivered on his investigation trip to Chenzhou city was expressed and studied well at the meeting. Furthermore, Chenzhou city’s 1st quarter economic situation of 2013 was carefully studied at the meeting to allocate the further economic work.

It was pointed out at the meeting that all the departments should study the spirit of the speeches delivered by Xu and Du to enhance the confidence and driving force on economic work. Some issues as working confidence, working procedure, working effort, etc. should be further improved to accelerate the promotion of economic work.
It was also mentioned at the meeting that detailed analysis of economic situation should be handled well to upgrade the development level by conquering the difficulties and shortcomings. Though a sound economic working beginning was reached in Chenzhou city, more efforts should be placed on the investment and its structure optimization especially the key industrial projects to forge the “updated version” of Chenzhou economy

It was required at the meeting that more forces should be focused on the key work concerning for overall situation to upgrade the quality and efficiency of economic growth, such as key industrial projects investment attraction, construction of open platform, overall environment treatment of urban & rural areas, real estate industry improvement, optimization of economic development condition, and so on.

It was further required at the meeting that project construction, industrial economy work, undertaking industrial transfer, agricultural production, service support, optimization of development condition and other key work should be highlighted to ensure all the targets can be fulfilled on time even ahead of time schedule.

Members of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the meeting.
