It was stressed by Xiang Lili- Secretary Of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee on the construction site of Suxian Blessing Square and Suxianling upgrading project that special efforts should be placed on the support of key projects construction.

Followed by the targets set for Suxian Blessing Square project, the construction party was handling the work as square greening, relocation of Xiangnan University, etc. well according to the time schedule. Per Suxianling upgrading project, some construction work and planning were completed to step to next procedure.

After visiting the construction site and listening to the construction report of the project of Suxianling upgrading project, Xiang required that all the departments should work together to support the project which concerned for the upgrading of Chenzhou people’s living condition.

Xiang stated that special efforts should be placed on the promotion of projects construction. It was a critical year for “another three year for further refulgence” project, more attention should be paid on the projects construction to promote the rapid and healthy development of Chenzhou economy and society. Though under the heavy pressure of economic downturn of macro-economy, Chenzhou government should keep sound development trend to reach further improvement by attracting more investment on projects construction. At the meantime, cadres who were in charge of the projects should follow the project condition well to solve all the problems hindered on the way of further improvement.

Xiang Lili required that all the departments should try all efforts to provide the best construction condition to the key projects to ensure all the targets can be fulfilled on time.

Xiang stressed that Suxianling upgrading project should be completed as the time schedule exactly. Per the construction of Suxianling Blessing Square, more “city in the forest” feature of Chenzhou city should be indicated by the project. At the meantime, the decoration work of the areas around the square and some other infrastructure work should be handled simultaneously to ensure the fluent improvement of the project.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city and Secretary of Xiangnan University Party Committee accompanied Xiang with this investigation.
