It was learned from the forum for propaganda plans of 2015 China (Hunan) Red Tourism Cultural Festival and First China (Guidong) Fitness and Leisure Summer Festival that in order to promote the tourism industrial alliance development of the great east Hunan province and handle the propaganda work for the festival, the Propaganda Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee would invite some central media and Hunan provincial media to hold theme propaganda activity for red tourism industry of the great east Hunan province in Yueyang city,Changsha city, Zhuzhou city, Guidong county and Rucheng county of Chenzhou city in this late March.

The tourism industrial alliance of great east Hunan province includes Pingjiang, Liuyang, Liling, Youxian, Chaling, Yanling, Guidong and Rucheng county (the last two counties are from Chenzhou city) which are allocated along Pingru expressway. Series revolutionary sites, commemorate places, and culture relic protection sites of the First and Second Revolutionary Civil War, Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War were located in the belt where is famous as old revolutionary and soviet area and is one of the important parts of Jinggangshan Base. In order to improve the group-development of tourism industry of the 8 counties (cities) and form an annular tourism route, the 8 counties (cities) would sign a framework agreement on tourism alliance of tourism economy belt of great east Hunan province in this August and would release a joint declaration as well. Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Hunan Government and Propaganda Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee would carry out series measures to accelerate the development of tourism economy belt of great east Hunan province, comprehensively promote the improvement of Hunan red tourism industry and drive the coordinate development of the poverty stricken areas of east Hunan province and Luoxiao mountainous area.
