1. Chenzhou export processing zones was approved to be established by the State Council in June, 2005.

2. Chenzhou was one of the first batch cities who got the national approval to execute processing trade grads transfer on April 26, 2007.

3. Hunan provincial party committee and Hunan government published "The decision about speeding up the development of south Hunan area" on January 19, 2009.

4. The general office of Hunan provincial party committee and Hunan government published the notice of "The support policies about the experiment of Chenzhou undertaking industrial transfer" on May 16, 2009.

5. Chenzhou started the construction of standard workshops at the beginning of 2009. Total area of standard workshops achieved to 6.2million square meters till the end of 2011.

6. In 2009, Chenzhou achieved lots of success: A. The additional bonded function of Chenzhou export processing zones and Chenzhou customs were founded. B. Chenzhou Road Port began open to public in this year. C. The south Hunan international logistics park and Chenzhou railway logistics centre speeded up the construction. Chenzhou became one of the top cities of Hunan province, even the middle-east area of China, which has the most open and excellent platform functions.

7. The national forum about development of processing trade of undertaking industrial transfer was held in Octorber,2010.

8. In Octorber, 2011, Chenzhou got the approval of the south Hunan national level demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer.

9. In February, 2012, Chenzhou municipal Party committee and Chenzhou government published " Implementary views on accelerating the undertaking industrial transfer and development of open economy", which begins a new round of opening up.

10. Meeting on opening wider for Hunan province and construction for South Hunan’s demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer was held in Chenzhou on February, 26, 2012.
