It was learned from Commercial Bureau of Chenzhou city, big breakthroughs in Chenzhou undertaking industrial transfer working are made every year. In 2012, the planning- utilized foreign capitals and the actual capital utilized of the whole city are 1 billion USD and 30 billion yuan, rising by 59% and 17.6% respectively.The planning international import & export output is 2.0 billion USD and the import & export of processing trade is1 billion USD, increased by 29.5% and 116% separately (compared to the last year).And Chenzhou is planning to build standard workshops of 3.5 million square meters.

In 2012, Chenzhou city will keep opening wider and improving the construction of South Hunan Demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer. All the efforts will help to forge Chenzhou to be the core of the demonstration area and the interprovincial commercial business center of Hunan-Guangdong-Jiangxi area.Chenzhou will strive to win the title as economy development zone of national level for export processing zone (Chenzhou nonferrous industrial park), and get the reward of national demonstration city in undertaking industrial transfer. Chenzhou will propel the construction of “international exhibition center of South Hunan undertaking industrial transfer” and standard workshops of 10 million square meters.
