It was learned from Yongxing Forestry Bureau that in order to promote the transfer of forest ownership and revitalize forest resources, the bureau worked together with the Yongxing County Rural Credit Cooperative to establish a platform of forestry rights mortgage loan. It was greatly helpful to solve the loan issues concerned about forestry and enhance the greening awareness of foresters. It also helped to promote the sound and rapid development of Yongxing county’s forestry economy.

It was learned that except the forest category which is not capable to turn to cash, all others are workable to submit the application of forestry mortgage, but the owner should provide the original forest right certificate and follow specified application procedures to get the loan. It was introduced that the maximum loan available for this policy is 300,000 yuan.

Till now, 29 foresters and forestry enterprises have obtained the mortgage successfully, accounting for 11.73 million yuan.
