It was learned that a new operation mode was handled out in Yongxing County Forestry Bureau with less administrative procedures, more strengthened supervision and faster working speed, which greatly helped to promote the working progress and improve administrative efficiency.
If an issue required relative departments, leaders in charge and the director to approve together, all relative ones should handle a concentrated working conference with the director to confirm the working requirements, responsible body, time limit, etc.
Followed with the specification of division of leaders’ work, the office director of the bureau deployed relative files to the leaders accordingly and asked them to arrange the detailed work previously, then the leaders in charge reported the feedback to the director on the basis of the files practical condition. Follow-up work would be handled by the office to keep the director informed with the updated news of all work. It was quite different from the former procedure that all files were dispatched to relative departments after the director’s review.
In addition, a reporting and assigning working system was confirmed in the bureau. All leaders and principals of departments should submit the materials and files to the director directly if there were instruction or reports required. All leaders should deploy instructions placed by the director to relative departments directly and report to the director with the follow-up details.
Currently, the new operation mode was handled out well in the bureau with much better working efficiency.
