Xiang Lili investigated the industrial economy

It was reported that Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee took an investigation trip to Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and Zixing Economic Development Zone on April 23, 2014. Xiang learned the detailed development condition of industrial economy by visiting some enterprises of the zones and talking with the staffs and principals of enterprises. Xiang pointed out that it was a crucial stage for Chenzhou city’s promotion of new industrialization, all departments should unify the concept and keep confidence to fully promote the new industrialization. High level software and hardware condition should be created by Chenzhou city to provide different platforms for the enterprises and attract more investment to settle down in Chenzhou city.

Xiang visited some enterprises of the zones in the morning and checked their operation condition during this trip. In the afternoon, a symposium was held with the entrepreneurs. Xiang encouraged the principals of enterprises to deliver their speeches at the beginning and present some comments and suggestions beforehand. He also encouraged them to list some problems hindered on the way of current production, so they can discuss together whether there was anything the government can be with some help. After listening to the principals reports on their companies’ development condition, future plans and problems of water supply and electricity supply, and etc., Xiang stated that the high-tech talents introduced into Chenzhou city were purposely to serve for the enterprises, and the Economy and Information Commission should fully explain the government policies to the enterprises with suitable information and service.

The entrepreneurs also presented their comments on the development of economy. Xiang was impressed with the high innovation capacity of the enterprises with proprietary intellectual property rights and was confident for their bright expectation and marketing potentiality. He said it was a crucial stage for Chenzhou city’s promotion of new industrialization, all departments should unify the concept and keep confidence to fully promote the new industrialization. Only if the industry was promoted well can the comprehensive economy of Chenzhou city was improved. Adjustment on the concept and idea should be enhanced to play the decisive role of market in resource allocation. Comprehensive support on development of industrial parks’ industry should be upgraded to promote the parks to be Hunan provincial even national level parks. More supports should be placed on the improvement of leading enterprises and landmark projects, especially the ten-billion-enterprise and one-hundred-billion-industry. More supports should be placed on the small and micro enterprises. More supports should be tried on promotion of undertaking industrial transfer and joint with state-owned enterprises to improve the open economy. More efforts should be tried on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries with environment-oriented and green-oriented concept. More financing channels should be expanded to promote the melt and innovation of resources and capitals.

Xiang said all departments should seize the chance of educational practices of the mass line to provide sound hardware condition and optimized software condition for industrial development and to promote Chenzhou city’s take-off accordingly. Working style rectification should be carried out continuously to solve the problems of the enterprises. Enhanced scheduling forces should be tried on industrial operation to integrate the production factors and solve the enterprises’ problems. Better communication and service should be provided to the enterprises. Some thematic on-site conferences for reform and development of industrial parks should be held by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government to provide a sound industrial development atmosphere for the parks.
