Investigation group of Chenzhou People’s Congress Standing Committee visited Anren county to check the settlement of representatives’ suggestions

It was reported that Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou People’s Congress Standing Committee led an investigation group to visit Anren county on May 13, 2014. It was purposely to check the settlement of representatives’ suggestions listed on the third session of forth Chenzhou People’s Congress and investigate the county’s modern manorial economy.

Zhong and his investigation group visited Longhaijunlong Villa, Shengping Rice Industry, Yangji Shennong Herbal Garden, Shennong Ecological Villa, Rice Field Park, and some other places and learned its modern manorial economy’s development condition and some problems hindered on the way. Till now, 23 modern villas covering 21,000mu areas with over 300million yuan investment were available in Anren county. Furthermore, over 6000mu economical forest, 3000mu ecological forest and 30,000 livestock and poultry were improved in the county. 12 villas of the 23 ones were capable to be qualified as Hunan provincial 3-star level villa.

In the following symposium, the principal of Chenzhou Forestry Bureau delivered a working report on the settlement of suggestions listed by Luo Yihu on his “suggestions on improvement of modern manorial economy”. Some principals from relative departments of Chenzhou city and Anren county shared their ideas on further development of modern manorial economy on the symposium as well. Zhong Benqiang highly affirmed the development of Anren county’s economy and society, especially the manorial economy with its unique features after listening to the speeches delivered by the attendants. He also praised the sound work handled out by Chenzhou Forestry Bureau to settle the suggestions listed by the representatives and encouraged them to keep fighting on it in further work.

Concerned for the development of modern manorial economy, Zhong pointed out that the main body for it was the improvement of economy while villas were just its carrier. All relative departments should grasp the development trend and keep confidence on its further improvement; should pay more attention on the planning and demonstration construction to upgrade the development level; and should try more efforts on settling key problems to ensure its healthy development. Zhong also said all levels of Party Committees, People’s Congresses, and governments should pay more attention on the settlement of the suggestions listed by representatives to upgrade the substantial effects.
