34.2% higher than Hunan provincial average increase

It was learned from Chenzhou office of Changsha customs that the foreign trade amount of Chenzhou first 11 months has hit $2.029 billion, up 52.6%, 34.2% higher than Hunan provincial average increase level.

Chenzhou has reached great achievements under such downturn trend condition of macro-economy with its opening up strategies. Compared with last year, Chenzhou city stepped into the second place in Hunan province from the fifth place on foreign trades from this October with over $ 1 billion processing import and export trade amount. The export amount was up to $ 1.036 billion with an increase of 52.9%, 39.6% higher than Hunan provincial average increase level whereas the import amount reached $ 0.993 billion with an increase of 52.4%, 34.2% higher than Hunan provincial average increase level. The processing import and export amount was $ 1.26 billion, up 238.2%, ranking second in Hunan province.
