Qu Hai took investigation for the safety and preparation work on China (Chenzhou) Rally Championship

2013 China (Chenzhou) Rally Championship would hold from July 14 to July 16, 2013 in Chenzhou city. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City took on-site investigation on security and preparation work of this championship. Qu Hai stated that all the departments should pay much attention on the security and preparation work to present the best image of Chenzhou nationwide.

General plan for the championship released on this May 30, 2013 with specified solutions on opening & closing ceremony, race schedule and courses, etc.. Some more details on the scheduling of security staffs, preparation of security supplies, championship propaganda work, upgrading of racing tracks, etc. were planned to be finished within 10 days. The special training course was handled out to the volunteers as well.

Qu Hai visited Chenzhou Vocational and Technical College, Chenzhou Sports Center, departing stations of Feitian mountain track and Xiaobu track, and other places and checked the preparation work on site. After that, Qu listened to the detailed working report issued by Beihu district and Suxian district concerning on this championship preparation work.

Qu stated that it was a great chance for propagandizing Chenzhou city and popularizing Chenzhou’s fame nationwide by holding China Rally Championship, which would help to accelerate the construction of sports city, improve Chenzhou city’s development of sports cause, promote its tourism industry and attract more investment. It was the final stage for the preparation work of this championship, all the departments should pay much more attention to support the championship, enhance the leadership to finish the security and preparation work to make sure the championship can be carried out fluently.
