LED industry chain. Chenzhou has focused on the development of LED extension, substrate, chip, packaging test and integrated application relying on key enterprises such as Hualei Optoelectronics and Huate Optoelectronics, forming a complete LED industrial chain and improving the support capacity of localized materials and equipment; focused on the development of high brightness and high power LED chip technology to realize the extension of sapphire based GaN LED material and the industrialization of chip technology, and strengthened the research and development and industrialization of chip technology to promote the R & D and industrialization of LED high-end lighting products.

New display industry chain. Relying on core enterprises such as Jingxun Optoelectronics, Hengwei Electronics and Haili Microelectronics, Chenzhou City has made every effort to build a well-known LCD and module production base in China; strengthened the supporting capacity in the city, and actively promoted the development and industrialization of TFT-LCD and touch screen; promoted the transformation and upgrading of the new display industry, and supported the construction of large touch screens and display module production lines; accelerated the R & D and industrialization of next generation display products, strove to build large and medium-sized AMOLED product lines and achieve mass production, and developed new display technologies such as flexible display, electronic paper, laser display, 3D display, etc. to promote the communication and cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and realize the development of new display industry cluster.

Consumer complete machine industry chain. Chenzhou has taken advantage of the opportunity of the state to vigorously promote the integration of 4C (computer, communication, consumer electronics, network products) to promote the development of high-definition digital home products and new consumer electronics products; expanded the consumer complete machine industry centered on Grand-Pro and Gospell technology, expanded the scale of the enterprise and improved the two lines of supporting enterprises, accelerated the development of the new generation of information technology and the next generation of Internet core equipment, and accelerated the R & D and industrialization of intelligent terminals; focused on the development of digital TV receiving equipment, electronic monitoring equipment, LCD TV blue, 5G mobile terminals.

Main supporting tasks:

Relying on Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park, Chenzhou will establish an electronic information industrial park, focus on supporting the construction of industrial parks such as LED new display, consumer complete machines and electronic new materials; will vigorously introduce key electronic information enterprises and supporting enterprises in the upper and middle reaches to build a complete local industrial chain; strengthen regional economic cooperation, establish and improve the regional cooperation mechanism of Chenzhou electronic information industry, and strengthen communication to form a development pattern of complementary advantages and dislocation cooperation.
