It was reported that the scheduling conference for the preparatory committee of the red festival was held in Guidong county. Huang Zhengrong- Secretary of Guidong County Party Committee hosted the conference and allocated the work to relative groups. Some leaders of Guidong county attended the conference.

On the conference, all the working groups presented their reports on the work handled out in recent days as well as some problems hindered on the way. The attendees shared their ideas on the work of treatment of sanitary environment, project construction, propaganda of the festival, supervision, investment attraction, comprehensive coordination, rear service and reception, safety, transportation, and etc. They also presented their comments and suggestion on the improvement of relative work.

After listening to the reports and suggestions delivered by the working groups, Huang Zhengrong presented detailed allocation for further work and specified the problems listed by the groups. Huang required that all working groups should pay special attention on all the details of the preparation work to ensure the festival to be carried out without any problem.
