It was reported that the scheduling conference for the “red festival” was held in Guidong county on June 27, 2015. It conveyed the spirit of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee meeting and county leadership conference, notified the debriefing work to Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal government, listened to the working reports on relative work of the “red festival” as project construction, rear service, preparation of investment attraction conference, preparation of opening ceremony, draw up of the brochure for the opening ceremony, and etc. Liu Zhen- Member of Guidong County Party Committee Standing Committee, Minister of Organization Ministry and Minister of United Front Work Department attended the conference and delivered an address there.

Liu required that more efforts should be tried on creating the great atmosphere for the red festival. The main media should be mobilized to handle the propaganda work and enhance the force of propaganda to activate people’s enthusiasm on the red festival. More efforts should be placed on solving the problems hindered on the way. The important instruction spirit listed by Hunan provincial, Chenzhou municipal and Guidong county government should be well implemented to guide the work for the festival. Specified working responsibility system should be figured out to ensure all work to be handled out well. All departments should work together to serve for the festival.

Liu Zhen emphasized that all staffs of the “red festival” office should unify their awareness to serve for the festival and make their best contribution to handle the festival to be with high level and quality.
